The SL4.0 is a 4000W EEC electric scooter with a COC (Certificate of Conformity) certification. It features LED headlights and flashlights, a stylish LED display design, an aluminum fork, a 13-inch aluminum alloy rim up front, hydraulic disc brakes on both the front and rear, and a colorful design for the customer's preference. Every Citycoco scooter has a COC certificate, and the Elf scooter has DOT and EEC approval. Additionally, it has a powerful brushless engine, a wide, comfy seat, and a 4000W aluminum wheel that can drive traffic in America and Europe. Long operating power for the drive, a 60V 50A lithium detachable battery, a stronger-covered battery box, increased longevity, and safety. Fully charged in 4-6 hours using a 5A rapid charger.
