Damaged or Defective Products
What if my product is damaged?
If your item(s) arrive with visible damage:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt when signing.
- If you suspect damage but cannot inspect the item immediately, write “suspect damage” on the receipt.
- Email photos of the damage to payton@poweredpursuit.com, and we will quickly process a replacement or compensation.
