Refunds & Returns Policy
At Powered Pursuit, we want you to shop with confidence, which is why we’ve made our return and refund process straightforward and hassle-free.
1. Return Time Frame
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns once this time frame has passed.
2. Shipping Costs
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Change of Mind: If you return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product is defective or damaged, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll provide return shipping labels at no cost to you. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll either issue a replacement or a full refund, including your original shipping costs.
4. Change of Mind Returns
If you decide you no longer want your purchase:
- Return the item within 30 days in its original packaging and unused condition.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the cost of the product minus any shipping charges.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive your return and verify its condition, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you don’t see the refund after 10 business days, contact us at support@poweredpursuit.com for assistance.
Restocking Fee
